Airedale physiotherapy centre is located in Baildon in the district of Shipley, West Yorkshire. The clinic provides a wide range of services including physiotherapy, sports injuries, strength and conditioning, massage therapy, golf performance, rehabilitation and fitness. We are TPI and SuperSpeed certified. The clinic facilitates exercise prescription, manual therapy treatments and evidenced based practice to deliver highly effective results.

I went to John with a calf problem a couple of days before the London marathon. Me managed to get me in a fit and work state to complete the run. He fit me in two day in a row to help the recovery. Extremely good service and I will be back in the future if I have any more problems

John carried out a TPI assessment on me and from that I’ve been able to identify my weaknesses and areas to work on to help improve my body and my golf. 100% would recommend

I have suffered from joint hyper mobility syndrome for 20 years and it is only in the last few while I have been seeing John I have really got it under control. The massage therapy he provides really helps with my aches and pains and he is always ready to offer advice and exercises to help alleviate my discomfort. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend John to anyone as his friendly, approachable manner means I have always felt at ease and able to ask any questions or for advice.

Went to see John with some persistent back and leg issues. Very thorough assessment highlighted likely disc bulge but also tight hamstrings and a sloppy core.Have a personalised exercise plan to get me back up and running. Knowledgeable, straight talking, positive physio - wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

John has really helped with my knee - he did a thorough test of it, identified a number of possible issues and also gave me specific exercises to enhance the strength and improve muscle mass.He also gave me a referral for an MRI to get to the root cause of the issue. I would highly recommend John for anyone looking to improve their physical health, strength or to get rid of any annoying injuries!
